I was looking for some pet urns for my best friend yesterday on the internet but I couldn’t find any. My friend’s dog died recently and he was asking if I could buy a pet urn for his dog, but I just couldn’t find the pet urns that he was mainly looking for. So what I did instead was I went to Petco and tried looking for some there. I asked the nice lady at the front if they had any, and she said “yes”. She then brought me to the last aisle in the store, and showed me a big bunch of urns ranging from ceramic urns to wooden urns to brass urns. I found the ceramic pet urn that my friend was looking for, and I bought it for less than $50. I was trying to ask for a cheaper price, but the girl wasn’t able to. The most important thing, is that the girl was nice and she was willing to help me.

As I was taking my daily jog this morning, I noticed this very small girl carrying this big wedding cake. She came out of her car and into my neighbors house. So before she walked in, I simply asked “is that a wedding cake?” she then went on telling me that it wasn’t a wedding cake. It was a diaper cake. At first I thought that maybe they created a big cake and shaped it as a diaper, but I guess I was wrong. A diaper cake is actually a big cake made out of new diapers and formed as a wedding cake. These cakes make great gifts on first birthdays and baby showers. There are many different kinds you can buy, but the one she bought was a diaper cake for baby showers. Since she was going to a baby shower. I really liked the idea and I would recommend for anybody to bring a diaper cake as a gift since it’s so creative and so beautiful!
My Children and My Chess Pieces

When I got home from being at the nail salon, I found that my chess pieces were all over the floor. Automatically, I knew what had taken place. My children were into my chess set playing a game of chess, and they failed to put things away. Even if they could have just thrown everything into the box, I would be happy. But it seemed like too much for my children to do even that.
I think that from now on, I am going to hide my chess set. I will not allow them to play with, since they do not seem to respect me or my belongings. That will be the consequence that they receive for this disrespectful action of theirs. Perhaps, this will teach my children to be more respectful of me and my things.
I am sure that it will not be long before my children will be bellyaching about what I have decided to do. But that is too bad. They need to learn.
Today is Friday

Today is Friday. It is the end of the work week. Friday is when I celebrate winding down and relaxing. When Fridays come around, I invite my friends over to chill out, eat a good meal, watch television, and have some wine out of my wine refrigerator. We are not much of the partying type. We do not like the bar scene, and we are not interested in having any drama. We just like things to be quiet and peaceful, hence the reason that we do not go out and hang out at the bars for happy hour like a great number of people do when they get off work on a Friday night.
Tonight, my friends and I are going to watch Anne of Green Gables and have a nicely cooked meal. I am going to be the one cooking the food, and my friend Mary will be supplying the movie. Anne of Green Gables is a favorite to all of us. It is old fashion, relaxing, and is not full of sex, bad language, and violence, like the other movies are.
